With over 150 years of shredding experience under our belts, our lead instructors each average 15 years as a surfing instructor and coach. They have cultivated, as a team, the unique and unparalleled combination of unconditional patience, intense passion, and a deep understanding of the art and sport of surfing and how to best pass that knowledge on. We almost hate to say it, but it's true that several of our competitors claiming to have the best instructors actually have hired people that we sadly had to let go because they couldn't meet the high standards we require.
