Kevin Jang

Kevin grew up body boarding on O’ahu spending much of his time at Waikiki Walls.  His best friend introduced him to body boarding in the 6th grade and he has been hooked ever since.  He is first generation born and raised in Hawaii, his parents came over here from Korea and Kevin grew up speaking Korean at home.  Having spent some time in Japan & Korea, Kevin’s caught the travel bug and hopes to jet set to a new place every year in between teaching all our students of the world how to surf.

Kevin loves teaching surfing, stand up paddle boarding and body boarding because many of the people who visit us have never touched the ocean or surfed before, and he gets just as excited as them when they experience the thrill of riding a wave.
