Staying in Waikiki? We offer courtesy pickups from Waikiki from our four standard pickup locations:
For those staying at the Ala Moana Hotel, Hale Koa Hotel, Kahala Hotel and Resort, The Ritz Carlton, Diamond Head Hotel, or Ka La’i Waikiki Beach Resort, we are able to arrange a special courtesy pickup near your hotel. This service is available upon request; please contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance to ensure arrangements can be made. Guests driving to Waikiki, worry not – we extend our courtesy pickup service to you as well. You can choose to meet us at any of our standard locations mentioned above or park near our shop at the Waikiki Beach Marriott.

If you or an accompanying guest have a handicap or injury and require a special pickup, please do not hesitate to reach out via call or email with 24 hours notice. We will make sure to accommodate your needs, providing direct pickup from your hotel if necessary. Our transportation vehicles can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs.
