Chelsea Lewis

Chelsea has a remarkable way of making her students — and kids in particular — feel happy and at home in the water. She grew up surfing and, at the tender age of 11, would ride her bike to the beach and surf every chance she got. For the last seven years, Chelsea has taught lessons in Waikiki and on the Oahu’s North Shore as a manager for one of Hawaii’s largest — and one of the world’s — largest surf schools.

Chelsea — a competitive gymnast, a yoga instructor, and licensed massage therapist — uses her diverse professional training and personal experiences to enhance her instruction and guide her students. Her uncommon focus, deep understanding of the body, and extensive time in the ocean empowers Chelsea to develop meaningful lessons that her students identify with easily. She’s earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the finest surfing coaches and guides in the business.
